This is one of the most important corner stones of Biodynamic Psychology.
On one hand, the Primary Personality describes the highest human potential
as in the concept of Independent Wellbeing.
This potential, which everyone has, spurs us towards self-fulfillment and
self-realization and embracing spirituality inherent in all people.
On the other hand, the Primary Personality is expressed daily in joy, hope,
care, love, creativity, honesty, confidence, constructive thinking, sincerity, spontaneity,
independence and emotional self-expression.
One is able to self regulate, be emotionally resilient and have confidence and trust.
During the treatment the therapist looks for, encourages and recognizes these
healthy qualities. In this work we connect with the Primary Personality, which
can give inspiration and strength to deal with the Secondary Personality.
