This workshop will give you a taste and an experience of the
fundamental principles of Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy.
We will use a variety of teaching formats to describe and experience:

Gerda Boyesen’s method ~ A bridge between psychology and biology
-
The "Primary Personality" and "Secondary Personality
-
The embodiment of the psyche
-
The relations between fluids, emotions and energy

The phenomena of “Self-Regulation” and Psycho-Peristalsis
-
The aims and goals of touch in Biodynamic massage
No previous knowledge or experience of psychotherapy is required.
Biodynamic Psychotherapy is wide-ranging both in its theoretical
principlesand its applied techniques, and words alone are not enough
to convey its flavor.
The best way to get the “feel” for biodynamic work is to experience it for yourself. In this workshop, we will provide a safe and friendly environment that will allow you to understand the emotional significance of what is going on in your body, and enhance your capacity for joy and pleasure.
